Government Teachers Start Protesting Against PM Modi’s Free Online Coaching Scheme

Government teachers across India have started protesting against PM Modi’s free online coaching scheme, asking, “Who will come to our coaching centres now?”

Speaking to The Fauxy, the leader of the government teachers’ union said, “First, mandatory attendance, and now free online coaching. This government has started to think that our only job is to teach at schools. But we also have coaching centres to run.”

Government teachers have now announced that if PM Modi doesn’t withdraw the scheme, they will deduct marks from students who solve questions using methods taught through online coaching instead of the methods taught at their coaching centres.
