Govt of India to Offer PM Modi Bharat Ratna in Bid to Bring Him Back to India

Bharat Ratna for PM Modi! Amid his frequent foreign visits, the Government of India is reportedly considering conferring the Bharat Ratna on Prime Minister Narendra Modi to lure him back to India.

After receiving the highest civilian honours from Seychelles and Indonesia, sources say the PM has decided to wait a little longer in case Australia and New Zealand also remember they have one to hand out.

Speaking to The Fauxy, a geopolitical expert said, “Every country honours the leader it deems most deserving. Pakistan recently gave Netanyahu its highest civilian honour by declaring him a terrorist.”

Currently, the Prime Minister is in a fix over whether to extend his foreign tour or return to India, as he may receive the highest civilian honour from any of the countries he visits.
