Galgotias University Wins Tender to Build New EVMs for Upcoming Elections

Galgotias University has won the tender to develop new EVMs for the upcoming elections.

Reportedly, impressed by their AI dog and cutting-edge drone showcased at the Delhi AI Summit, the government has awarded Galgotias University the contract.

Speaking to The Fauxy, a government official said, “They have developed an AI dog that follows every order of its owner. We are hoping they’ll build the EVMs the same way.”

Currently, even the Opposition is supporting this decision, as they are confident that EVMs built by Galgotias won’t even work in the first place—let alone be hacked—forcing authorities to default to ballot papers.
